The pro forma information has been prepared for illustrative purposes only and, because of its nature, may not fairly present the Group's financial position, results of operations and cash flows. The pro forma financial information included in the integrated report is consistent with the pro forma information included in the Motus Holdings Limited – Preliminary summarised audit consolidated results for the year ended 30 June 2021 on which the Group's external auditors, Deloitte & Touche, issued an unmodified reporting accountant's report on 30 August 2021 and is included in Pro forma financial information accountants report.
